what is osh?
osh is a type of pilaf, eaten in central asia. It is the national dish of Uzbekistan and consists mostly of rice, carrots, onions, chickpeas, lots and lots of oil/fat, raisins, garlic, cumin, and salt. It tastes pretty good but wouldn’t be the best thing in the world to taste as it goes the wrong way.

It is quite awesome, especially when made when made with horse meet, which is by far the best type of osh.
