today i made a real investment in my future

i finally found the heart behind the holiday
but thankfully, i wont have to ever again

i planted
100 trees

not so much to save the planet
but so
i can sleep in guilt free
for
100 arbor days
i don’t expect to outlive that

    i imagine reincarnating as a tree would be about the most boring thing in the world… but not so if you had the privilege of being planted by my hand…
