He he, I unfortunately get it; the pride and the shame. I praise my self for waking up and getting out of bed in the morning, and find myself ashamed afterwards for feeling proud of trivial obligations.
I’m guessing from “equal parts” that you undeservedly praise someone else and feel rotten about it; I’m just writing to tell you that there is worse out there (in this case, moi). The only constant truth (I have found) is that there is always worse (like cannibals for example). I maybe high from the cold medicine but my truth is not less relevant. Feel free to spread the word…
